RETURN POLICY

OriginalPaintingsOilCanvas.com is committed to the satisfaction of its customers. So, we allow you for seven (7) days to decide if you desire to keep your artwork after a successful delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your selections or you decide that you do not want the selected art, for any reason, you may return it for a full money back refund. Minus the shipping cost within seven (7) days after delivery.

We request that you insure and ship the piece back to us in its original packaging and that it arrives undamaged.

If during the course of our delivery, any of your purchased selection got damaged, we kindly request that you report it to us immediately and contact insurance company you used to ship this piece back to file a claim.

The procedure for returning the art is to repack it using the original packing materials. The package should be insured for the full purchase price and shipped back via suitable shipping company of your choice.

You pay the cost of return shipping. We request that you insure the shipment to protect you in the event of damage while the art is in transit. The painting belongs to you until it arrives intact and safe back in our gallery.
